Welcome to Wyatt's Tech Rentals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the rental of our PlayStation 5 consoles and related equipment. By booking a rental, you agree to these terms in full.
The rental period begins on the day of delivery. The minimum rental period is one (1) month. You may continue to rent the console on a month-to-month basis thereafter for the agreed recurring fee. The console remains the property of Wyatt's Tech Rentals at all times unless a specific rent-to-own agreement is explicitly finalized.
The standard rental rate is $150 per month. Payment for the first month is due upon delivery. Subsequent monthly payments must be made on time. Failure to pay may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and retrieval of the equipment.
We offer free delivery within our service area. Upon delivery, the renter must be present, show a valid government-issued ID to verify identity, and sign the physical rental contract. We reserve the right to refuse service if identity cannot be verified.
You agree to use the PlayStation 5 in a careful and proper manner. You shall not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the console. The console does not come with paid digital games; you are free to download free-to-play games or purchase digital games under your own PlayStation Network account.
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment while it is in your possession. Normal wear and tear is expected, but excessive damage or destruction will result in a fee up to the full replacement cost of the console.
You may cancel your month-to-month rental at any time by contacting us to arrange a pickup. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Equipment must be returned in good working condition, with all included accessories.
